J.K.O. Running is a women's running group based in NYC, open to all women ages 18 years and up, whose mission is simple: To encourage women of all ages, backgrounds, fitness experience to run, get fit, have fun, network and develop friendships with others running in the pack. Support and cheer each other at the starts and finishes of all races and training runs.

Whether your goal is to run a marathon or to run to lose weight and stay in shape join us in building a team of like minded women.

Knock Out! Saturday Runs (Walks)
Every Saturday at 10:30AM

(Early starts Spring & Summer, later Fall & Winter, in line with seasonal temperature changes)

Tuesday Night Training Runs & Speed Walks
Every Tuesday 5:30PM to 8PM
Start times: 5:30PM & 6:30PM

Thursday Night Social Run (Walk) Series
Every Thursday at 6:15PM

First Monday - Indoor Track Work
First Monday of each Month at 6:15PM

Mmmm... Marvelous Monday Morning Moves
For runners & walkers
Monday mornings at 6:30AM
